It’s hard to believe it’s the end of September! September is always a busy month with back to school and the fall Jewish holidays. Here’s what we’ve been up to.
1. What We’re Eating This Month…
Well, I actually took some food photos while Dave and I were away in New Orleans. I will be posting about that trip eventually!
2. What I’m Reminiscing About…
Our Yellowstone trip! And on a less fun note, we were all talking about how last year on Rosh Hashanah, Simon fell on his face and broke his finger. Luckily this year on Rosh Hashanah all was well!
3. What I’m Loving…
Getting into the fall spirit, even though fall isn’t my favorite because I don’t like cold weather and fall means winter is next!
4. What We’ve Been Up To…
We started the month with our trip. The kids stayed home with Dave’s parents. Right after that, the holidays started with Rosh Hashanah. This week is the Sukkot holiday.
We participated in a walk for suicide awareness.
The boys and I went to a Royals game.
My friends and I had a great time at a local Escape Room!
5. What I’m Dreading…
Probably just multiple days being offline due to holidays. It takes awhile to catch up afterwards!
6. What I’m Working On…
My latest 52 Frames photos:
7. What I’m Excited About…
Actual fall weather – as long as it’s not too cold!
8. What I’m Watching / Reading…
Still rewatching 90210. I started watching You – I read the book a long time ago and the show seems pretty true to it so far! This week lots of shows come back so I’ll be watching them too!
As usual, you can see my latest book reviews here.
9. What I’m Listening To…
I recently rediscovered 80s on 8 and added that into the stations I listen to.
10. What I’m Wearing…
Hopefully I won’t have to say shorts and t-shirts for too much longer!
11. What I’m Doing This Weekend…
Continuing our Sukkot holiday celebration.
12. What I’m Looking Forward To Next Month…
Maybe getting into a regular schedule without so many days off of school.
13. What Else Is New…
In case you missed it, check out my posts about our last day in Disney, an evening at the farm, glamping and the rodeo in Cody, WY, Facts and Fiction from National Geographic Kids, Yellowstone, and my fall bucket list!
What’s up with you lately?
