Daily Goodie Box is a site that sends out free boxes of goodies (based on availability) to try and review. I received the August Daily Goodie Box and it was filled with fun things to try!
What was in my box? Nine items for me to try and review!
Veroni – Iron Energy – An energy drink that has a uniquely lime and mint taste with a hint of exotic.
My Thoughts: On the website, it says that this drink is kosher certified. Strangely, I don’t see the indication on the can! Seems like this is a very new brand with very little information available, so I’ll have to find out more if I can!
RunGum – Energy Gum – An everyday energy boost containing two pieces of gum per packet with 50 mg of caffeine in each. An alternative to several cups of coffee or energy drinks.
My Thoughts: I don’t like chewing gum and this isn’t certified kosher, but it seems like an interesting idea!

Napz – All-Natural Sleep Solution – An all-natural sleep pill containing 1100 mg of chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm, and hibiscus which calm your mind and body to induce sleep.
My Thoughts: I received this before and successfully used it in place of Melatonin. I will definitely use it again.
BrightDay – Hangover Preventions – A formula of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals meant to prevent hangovers by removing toxins from alcohol that cause headache, nausea, and fatigue.
My Thoughts: Can’t say I have any need for this one as when I drink, I drink very little and have never had hangover symptoms!
Trust Fund Beauty – Nail Polish – Water based nail polish. I was excited by this as it’s a full-sized sample, but the color is a bit green! It’s actually brighter than the one shown above, which is called I Kaled It. The one I received is called Extra Guac!
My Thoughts: I have used this brand of polish before and I like it a lot. I’m just not sure dark green is the right color for the summer!
The Grandpa Soap Co – Witch Hazel Shampoo and Conditioner – A calming and clarifying blend of Witch Hazel, Lavender Flower & Coconut Oil gently removes environmental buildup and oil residue from scalp to leave hair shiny and smooth.
My Thoughts: I love shampoo and conditioner samples that I can take along on trips when I’m not checking luggage! I think I’ve heard of this brand and look forward to trying it.
WOLO WanderBar – Peanut Butter Protein Bar – A portable snack bar with nutrition meant to boost your immune system on the road and 15 grams of protein to keep you energized.
My Thoughts: It is kosher so I get to try it! How cute is that wrapper?? I wish I had this on my last road trip to eat when I felt hungry on the road. Maybe I’ll bring it along on the the next one I take!
Teapigs – Rhubarb & Ginger Tea – Whole leaves in a tea temple to infuse in water. Meant to taste clean, pure, and zingy.
My Thoughts: Sounds interesting. The ingredients only contain rhubarb and ginger!
That’s it – Apple + Blueberries Fruit Bar – A fruit bar with two services of whole fruit, containing only apples and blueberries.
My Thoughts: I received a box of 5 of these and have already eaten 2 of them. They work for afternoon hunger! The company makes veggie bars too – I’d love to try that!
Overall, a fun bunch of products! Which would you like to try?
I received these products in exchange for my review. No other compensation was received and all opinions are my own.
