The Future Of Your Family #31Days

Like I said at the beginning of this month, my 31 Days To Write The Story of Your Family prompts would focus on your family’s past, present, and future. It’s time to think about the future! What do you think the future will hold for your family? Are you planning on having more children? Are you on your way to becoming a grandparent? Will you be relocating or switching career paths? Today’s post should be based on reality – tomorrow we will talk about our hopes and dreams!

Feel free to tell me about what you expect for your family’s future in the comments or by leaving a link to your post!

Behind on the series? Catch up here!

Honestly other then hoping to buy a home in the next year or 2, the future is still wide open here, other then the fact that I do believe we are done having kids with our two. After having a high risk pregnancy with Lily, I do believe I am not willing to go through the worry and fear again nor take anymore time away from Kevin and the girls. And Kevin seems to agree with me.

My family has just begun so I often find myself getting very excited when I think about our future! We plan on having at least one more child, 2 if the next one is a boy. We've just recently decided that I will be staying home instead of going back to my office job. I have just begun a work from home opportunity which makes me very excited and I see lots of great things from that as well as having the time to be home with Ben.

I really wonder this. I also wonder it a lot about the family I grew up with! And not just the family I'm raising. I think two kids is probably it for us, unless something wonderful changes with our finances. And I'd love to build on this house and start a family business together. We all hate when my husband is gone for most of the week!

I really want another baby, but A is done. He keeps saying we'll talk about it when E is five. I think he's hoping I'll change my mind. As far as work goes, we're here until our company is no longer here. At that point, I have no idea where we'll go.

I totally understand the fear of another high risk pregnancy! for me it is the births that are difficult.

it is definitely exciting to think of the future! I'm excited for you that you get to stay home now and work on your at home opportunity!

my husband travels for work too and it is hard. that is awesome that you are thinking of starting a family business!

that is sad that you want another and he doesn't! hopefully you will work that out together.

He said that I want another so I can stay home with them...which is partially true :-) But, I have always wanted more than two kids.

I would have to take some time to think about that. My present has been so awfully busy lately I can't think of what is happening later today! hahaha... :D
