Mommy Camp Plans

collage

I am very seriously going to cry, because today is the last day of Camp Gan Israel. Like I mentioned at the end of the first week, my kids seriously love camp and so do I! There are four more weeks until school begins on August 19. So I’ve been working on planning “Mommy Camp” in hopes of keeping all 3 kids occupied for the next four weeks. I even wrote out a whole schedule on a calendar just like they do at Camp Gan Israel! We’re going to go on trips twice a week, go swimming and do projects twice a week, and hopefully do some fun activities on Fridays while also preparing for Simon’s big birthday party on August 11th. Here are some of the ideas I’ve included:

Trips:

Crafts:

Activities:

Supplies Needed:

  • T-Shirts
  • Small Cardboard Boxes
  • Small Wooden Bird Houses
  • Resin Flowers and Rocks
  • Paper Plates
  • Large Box of Crayons
  • Canvases
  • Socks
  • Polyfill
  • Rubberbands
  • Grey felt, other felt pieces

If anyone local wants to join us, please let me know. The more adult interaction I can get, the better. Also, wish me luck.

Kiss those summertime blues away, because Stella & Dot just launched their new fall line! This collection features gorgeous jewelry, scarves, bags and more that are perfect for those fall outfits! Picture the leaves changing as you walk through the park, going to a pumpkin patch or drinking apple cider, all while looking fabulous in your new fall accessories from Stella & Dot. Happy Shopping!

Sounds like so much fun! I think the busier you keep them the better.

Good luck!

Your summer plans sound so fun! I love how active you and your family are and all the trips you go on. I hope to be like that one day when our kids are older. I can't believe Simon's big birthday is coming up! So exciting :) That Curious George outing sounds like something Sofia would like. And I need to check out those crafts you listed! Have a great weekend mama!

Thank you thank you thank you. I am slowly losing my mind and these craft ideas are perfect. I am super excited to make a shoebox house for Collin's Toy Story figures.
