This month I’m once again linking up with Tanya to share what I’ve been purchasing via Amazon and elsewhere. This was a very heavy purchase month for us and I don’t see that slowing down any time soon! These links are affiliate links, which means that if you click them and make a purchase, I may receive a small incentive.
1. Old Navy Pink Sandals – My old sandals got caught in a rain storm (well, I did, while wearing them!) so I decided it was time for a new pair. These are really cute and comfy! Plus they are only $10!
2. Old Navy Men’s Dress Shirts – Zachary is really growing out of kids’ sized clothes and has been wearing Children’s Place dress shirts for years. We had a hard time finding him shirts that he finds comfortable and fit him correctly, but these were winners!
3. Old Navy Men’s Shorts – Zachary also needed shorts that are men’s size and ended up liking these. They have zippered pockets which is great for a guy who carries a phone, air pods, and an Invisalign case!
4. Hallmark Thank You Cards – Moving on to Amazon – I ordered this pack of Thank You cards for Gabbie to use for her graduation thank yous. They are really nice! Next I need a pack appropriate for Simon’s bar mitzvah thank yous!
5. The Basement Watchdog Water Alarm – Dave ordered this because we tend to get water in our basement and hopefully this will alert us before anything gets too bad!
6. Non Slip Bathmat – Dave also ordered this so that when his parents visited they would be less likely to slip in the shower!
7. Women’s Summer Lace Short Sleeve Shirt in Teal – I ordered this and wore it for Gabbie’s graduation party. I like it a lot!
8. Cleaner Kit for Air Pods, etc – I heard about this on a podcast and had it in my cart for a long time and finally got it this month. It seems to work well and all of us have used it on our own earphones!
9. 2023 Silver Balloons – Amazon is much cheaper than Party City, trust me! These were obviously for Gabbie’s graduation party!
10. Hand Air Balloon Pump – This was necessary for all the balloons we had to inflate for Gabbie’s party.
11. Purple Balloon Garland Kit – Tons of balloons! It takes a long time to inflate them all and arrange them. We ended up just draping them on the floor rather than hanging them, and we forgot to use the butterflies that come with it!
12. Tiny White Clothespins – These were to attach the photos to Gabbie’s photo collages. We got twine to use at Michael’s but these clips were a better deal.
13. Make Your Own Banner Kit – Gabbie made her name and graduation year from this kit for her photo collages.
14. Ticket To Ride First Journey – My niece turned 8 and requested this game as a gift. She had tried to play the grown up version but found it too hard!
15. Graduation Gift Cards – I tend to buy these every year because they are so cute! I also bought another Amazon gift card version for another friend as well, plus a print at home birthday gift card for a party the boys went to that seems to have actually been a graduation party – oops.
16. Clear Stadium Bag – Gabbie got Taylor Swift tickets and needed a clear bag for the stadium rules. I didn’t remember to ask her how it worked out or if she even used it!
17. Glitter Eye Shadow Makeup – Gabbie also bought this for the concert.
18. Heart Shaped Sunglasses – And she also bought these sunglasses!
19. 3V Lithium Batteries – My van was saying my key battery was low so we ordered this to replace it. This was just before a ton of other car problems rendering the battery replacement pretty useless at the moment! Hopefully I’ll be getting the van back this week though.
20. MacBook – To make it an even 20 items this month, we also ordered Gabbie a MacBook as a graduation present. She had been using the one that she got through school for the past three years and now she has her own!
Have you found anything fun on Amazon (or otherwise) lately?
