Another week with not much to share – and I’m once again joining Joyce at From This Side of the Pond for her Wednesday Hodgepodge Questions.
1. February 16th is National Almond day…are you a fan? If so what’s your favorite food item or recipe that contains almonds?
I did not used to like nuts at all, but now I do! Almonds on their own are good and I like them in trail mix.
2. Something you are currently ‘nuts’ about?
I mentioned Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in my 10 on the 10th post – should I be repetitive and say I’m nuts about Reese’s again this week?
3. Something currently driving you ‘nuts’?
I started a new knitting project. I like something to keep me interested but not something hard – this part of the pattern I am on has k5togtbl – knit 5 together through the back loop – and it is really hard to get the yarn through all 5 stitches!
4. Something you recently bought for ‘peanuts’?
I love finding good deals! Sadly I haven’t had any amazing finds lately!
5. Share a favorite quote uttered by any U.S. President ( if you’re not an American, a quote made by the leader of your own country).
This question just make me want to make a joke…we often quote that one guy who said he wanted to build a wall in Kansas… (link to what he actually said). But in all seriousness, I guess I don’t have one!
6. Insert your own random thought here.
We’re supposed to have snow again tomorrow (or tonight). Every time, it goes from 60 degrees to a snow storm!
Tell me your answer to any of these!
