Time for my favorite monthly link up! I love that my kids are so willing to help me blog by answering these questions every month! I may have changed up the questions a bit this time, so if you notice a difference between mine and the other bloggers participating, that’s why!
1. What’s at the end of a rainbow?
Simon: Nothing.
Zachary: Treasure.
Gabbie: A gold pot. No. Treasure. (She says she didn’t read Zachary’s answer, but I’m not sure!)
2. Do you know what a leprechaun is? What is it? If you found a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow, what would you do?
Simon: No.
Zachary: Yes, a guy that protects gold. (If you found a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow, what would you do?) Ask for gold.
Gabbie: Yes, a green little elf. (If you found a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow, what would you do?) I would say hi and leave.
3. What do you like to do when it rains? Jump in puddles or play inside?
I wish I hadn’t given them the jump in puddles or play inside choice and let them come up with their own replies, because of course, they all said they like to play inside!
4. Tell me three ways you know it is spring time.
Simon: See a fuzzy worm, no. that’s if it’s a cold winter. If the groundhog sees its shadow, the date, if your flowers bloom.
Zachary: When it’s warm, rain, and lots of people outside.
Gabbie: The trees start blooming, the weather’s nice, there’s tornados.
5. What are you going to be for Purim?
Simon: It actually says Purim? Ron. Hermione, and Harry!
Zachary: What? What? Wait. Harry Potter.
Gabbie: You added that? I’m going to be Hermione Granger from Harry Potter.
As you can see, I confused all three kids by throwing in my own question about our upcoming holiday, Purim. Purim is this coming Sunday and I plan to share more about it next week!
