Over the past few weeks I have been sharing recipes wrap-up posts with you, and today is no different, because not only is May National Burger and National Strawberry Month, it is also National Salad Month! I used to have difficulty coming up with good salads to make, but now they are one of my favorite things to make. A good salad can serve as a meal by itself or as an appetizer or side. One day I will share some of my favorite salads, but for now, here are a few more I’d like to try!
