Although Hanukkah is not all about the presents, like I explained here, I use the holiday as an excuse to get my kids things I think they will enjoy. I am also pretty proud of myself for not going overboard spending-wise and I wanted to share with everyone all the fun things I found.
3. Ballerina Puzzle – bought from Ecomom, $5.50 (approx.)
6. Lamp – Target clearance approx. $5 and Calendar – Shutterfly – just paid shipping $6.50 due to free code View here!
8. 3 outfits from Gymboree. Of course I got all the pieces on sale and with coupons. This was our most expensive gift…$16 for the dress, $7 for each shirt, $7 for the striped skirt and $12 for the polka doted one, $8 for each leggings.
Total spent: Approx $100
6. Land’s End Backpack $11.40
Total spent: Approx $45
2/3. Plan Toys City Car Repair Set – bought from Ecomom – $5.50 (approx.)
Total spent: Approx $30.
With some of the gifts being from grandparents, aunts, and uncles, and being that the kids’ other grandparents and great Gramy also sent money for us to buy them presents, we really hardly spent anything at all! A big thank you goes out to all of those family members (thank you notes to come)!
