Time to share what we’ve been up to over the past few weeks!

Author Tim Johnson contacted me and asked if I’d be interested in checking out his newest Bosley Bear Dual Language Children’s Book – Bosley Goes on Safari. With line-by-line translations, simple grammar, and highlighted vocabulary words, Language Bear books are excellent for introducing and teaching languages!
The story is in English on one side of the page and in Spanish on the other.
Simon was able to read the English on his own, and he also tried to read the Spanish, which proved a bit amusing!
Gabbie came to see what Simon was up to and to try to read the Spanish words with him!
We have an extra copy of this book to give away! Leave me a comment and tell me that you are interested if you want to win!

We took a cross country driving trip and now we’re in NJ for a bit. I’ll likely share more about the places we visited along the way, but a highlight was the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. It was lots of fun!

Another highlight was the restaurant we went to for dinner – which was basically the reason we detoured through Chicago in the first place – Milt’s Barbecue for the Perplexed.

We attended our nephew’s wedding on Sunday. He is 6 foot 7 and way over a foot taller than his new wife! I didn’t get that many photos there, but here are a few favorites.
