It’s okay…
…that I started going through the toys and trashing / donating them. But I’ve barely made a dent.
…that I haven’t repainted my nails yet.
…that Gabbie’s zoo trip was postponed. It didn’t rain in the morning but it did in the afternoon.
…that Zachary has to wear a red shirt to school today because a Chiefs player is coming. The 1st grade is leading a cheer!
…that sometimes I feel overwhelmed with blogging. I love it, but it still gets overwhelming sometimes! (Post topic for Thursday anyone?)
…to be planning my 2nd group giveaway for next week.
…to be a little worried about Hanukkah gifts this year.
…to wonder why my kids think they always need to be eating.
…not to wash the breakfast dishes until mid afternoon.
…to have bought Gabbie the same dress from Gymboree that her two best friends have.
…to be obsessed with ranch dressing.
…that I am almost done watching Orange Is The New Black. Love it.
…to share this fall swap I took part in! My partner was Kate from The “Florkens.” Florken is not her real last name, but she and her husband both blog and are very cute! She is having a fall giveaway right now so go enter. Here is what she sent me:
I wore the scarf twice already!
…and today I’m introducing yet another of my fabulous blog sidebar friends – Krystal!

Krystal just recently took her adorable son Reid to the pumpkin patch. She also shared a very yummy looking recipe for stuffed pepper and rice soup! I especially like reading Krystal’s running recaps – she inspires me!
This month I asked my sponsors 3 travel related questions. Krystal says:
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? I would like to go to Australia and Iceland. Both have been on my list for a while now. I also would love to see the Grand Canyon up close. We have been talking about taking a vacation there for a few years now. So hopefully someday soon.
Where have you previously traveled that you loved and would return to? I have loved each destination for a different reason. I really enjoyed our two weeks in Alaska 2 years ago. It was relaxing and beautiful… And also our last vacation as a family of two. I would return in a heartbeat. I also loved Costa Rica… Again it was beautiful but we had so many fun adventures there.
Do you have any upcoming travel plans? Does work travel plans count? There is a chance that we will be in Las Vegas for a conference next year, if so we will be spending a few extra days there as well. We are also talking about taking a long weekend to head to the Phoenix area in January…. To see some sun and warm weather!
Go visit Krystal and tell her I sent you!
