As you know, I love to travel. I’ve been busy telling you all about our recent trip to Disney World and in April I posted about our trip to Israel in 2011. I thought for this post I should write about two places I haven’t written about before, which is hard because I like to write about my travels, plus there are a lot to narrow down to share!
Being that this post contains pictures from the past, I’m also counting it as today’s Flashback Feature.
First up – Alaska. Dave and I took an Alaskan in 2002, after I’d graduated grad school and before I started working. We flew to Anchorage and took a train to meet the cruise ship, which traveled south in Alaska’s Inside Passage, concluding in Vancouver, Canada. From there, we drove to Seattle and flew home from there. Here are some of the pictures!

The Yukon – so pretty.
Next I want to share a weekend trip to Cape May, NJ. I’m not even sure when it was, maybe it was also 2002, maybe it was 2003. I know for a fact it was February, and it was freezing. But it was fun!

Coincidentally, on both of these trips I remember being sick with colds, and both were cold! Well, Alaska in May isn’t quite so bad. Have you been to either of these places? Tell me about it!
