35 Things To Do This Year

The following is a list of things I would like to do this year. 35 things to do during my 35th year. I tried to stick with items I most likely can do, so nothing too far fetched or even too difficult. I also didn’t choose things I know I will be doing because I always do them anyway! The things I chose are measurable and I plan to write about them as they occur. Here they are!

  1. Complete a 1/2 Marathon - DONE
  2. Run a mile in under 10 minutes – DONE
  3. Run a 5K in under 30 minutes
  4. Repeat one of the races I did this year and do it faster
  5. Go on a cruise or to Disney World – DONE
  6. Finish knitting the Swing Swagger Coat - DONE

  7. Complete at least 6 knitting projects (6/6) – DONE
  8. Learn a new knitting technique
  9. Read 25 or more books (58/25) – DONE
  10. Plan and hold an awesome 3rd birthday party for Simon – DONE
  11. Potty train Simon – DONE
  12. Move Simon’s room upstairs and Gabbie’s room downstairs
  13. Have 300+ blog followers – DONE
  14. Host a blog giveaway  - DONE
  15. Go Geocaching - DONE
  16. Go to the antique / vintage shops in the West Bottoms on a First Friday – DONE
  17. Try Project Life - DONE
  18. Reunite with an old friend
  19. Fix our bench, banister, and outdoor tables – DONE
  20. Get furniture for the back of the living room
  21. Lose 10 pounds
  22. Fly a kite – DONE
  23. Hug an animal – DONE
  24. Plant something
  25. Paint something - DONE
  26. Sell something
  27. Upcycle something – DONE
  28. Color a MandalaDONE
  29. Go to a show - DONE
  30. Go to a sporting event – DONE
  31. See the fireworks on July 4 – DONE
  32. Complete a 3000 piece puzzle – DONE
  33. Do something for someone else – DONE
  34. Document these things on my blog as I complete them (22/35)
  35. Plan something exciting to celebrate my 35th birthday!

Just revisited this list. I'm pretty sure you can check off #33. You're a Super Mom, so you do that daily. :-)
